Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wallet in its original NANO™ packaging, ensuring all RFID-blocking inserts and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
